215 Oak Grove Street is a Modern high-rise building located in the heart of Minneapolis’ Loring Park neighborhood. The vertical transportation system; equipment, machinery, and components of the elevator cab were recently modernized: Sills & sill extensions, doors & door cladding, ceilings & lighting systems, stationary returns, floor indicators, and decorative interior panels.

G&R provided a site survey while the client reviewed various interior design schemes. After the design-details and budget were worked out, material samples were approved, and the engineering team began the production drawings. Two EPIC Solution systems in wall panel configuration #GR603e were selected for the project. The design details include horizontal panels in neutral-tone oak plastic laminate, black laminate accent trim, #4 satin bronze fronts, reveals, binder angles, and bar-style handrails. The new lower ceilings are also composed of bronze and feature square LED downlights.
