The Minnesota Senate Building, a 293,000-square-foot facility located in the historic Minnesota State Capitol District, was completed in 2016 after 20-short months of construction. The project exceeded cost and schedule goals by utilizing design-build methodologies. To mirror the aspirations outlined for this project, Otis utilized an EPIC Solution elevator interior system in the #GR601e wall panel design.

The wall configuration mimics the architectural details and materials seen throughout the facility which were chosen in reflection of Minnesota craftsmanship.
