Aluminum Cab Shell Components + One (1) Cab Interior

Lake Place Estates, an association-oriented luxury apartment complex, recently underwent elevator modernization involving one elevator cab. Schindler enlisted G&R to conduct a site-survey and manufacture cab shell pieces and a custom interior, including a lightweight lower ceiling. After design options were evaluated, photo-realistic renderings were produced by G&R— which allowed the property manager to visualize how the custom interior would appear after installation.

The wall panel design is a #GR701e with upper vertical panels in laminate and lower horizontal panels in high-performance patterned metal. The lower island ceiling is faced with stainless steel #4 and is composed of a lightweight frame.
