Custom Interiors for Six (6) Elevator Cabs
The Gates at Carlson Center is a multi-family living community located in an affluent neighborhood just 15-minutes from Minneapolis. Six buildings recently underwent elevator modernization, and Metro Elevator, Inc. enlisted G&R to assist in completing the phased project.
The cab interiors are composed of EPIC Solution wall panel design #GR602e—a modern horizontal panel layout. The upper horizontal panels are faced with laminate and the lower panels in 5WL patterned stainless steel. For added protection of the lower panels, the property management firm selected rectangular bar bumper rails.
A new suspended ceiling, model ALM-T6L was also installed. This lightweight ceiling consists of stainless steel lay-in panels within a six-section aluminum frame. A single LED down light is installed in each lay-in panel.
